“On a recent hot and sunny thursday morning I dragged the kids north to the Bali Bird Park to give Mum a chance for a well-deserved lie in. We were greeted at the gate by the sight and sound of a thousand birds showing off every colour and song under the avian rainbow. Home to the largest and finest collection of Indonesian birds in the world along with a variety of birds from faraway africa and South America. The park is heavily committed to bird conservation and has a strong captive breeding program for endangered birds to try to halt the decline ir species numbers in Indonesia and beyond.

Designed and built in 1995. the park was created with both education and entertainment in mind and their success is evident with over sixty aviaries housing birds of such beauty you have to see it to believe it. nd as for their song. Mozart himself would cry. We fed them, laughed with them and watched them play and we loved it. But if you go, just remember to wear a hat. Poor little Sam forgot hers and found out why the hard way!l!”

Welcome to Bali Zoo Park, a tropical wildlife in Paradise. It is the perfect wildlife conservatory for 350 animals of tropical birds, mammals and reptiles. Set in 3.5 hectare of naturalistic property landscapes, the park is spaciously built in 30,000 m2 with tall trees, long grasses and thick vegetation, re-creating a natural habitat for the animals. The zoo promotes an effective learning about wildlife conservation especially for the children; it also acts as facilitation to reintroduce the endangered animals.

The exhibits of mammals ranging from primates, deers, camel, kangaroos, and Sumatran Tigers. The popular tropical birs such as Cassowary, Peacocks, Cockatoos, Bali Starling and Asian bred bird types.
