Head Office of Environment, Hygiene and Gardening (LHKP) Jembrana I Ketut Ardana admitted a clean city is not easy to achieve because there is a mandatory criteria must be met. In addition to routine cleaning action in places prone to waste in urban areas, supporting infrastructure and facilities should also be available.

Equally important in protecting and maintaining public awareness of environmental hygiene to their respective home grounds. Facilities and infrastructure that must be available for a small town like Jembrana include waste troughs, the transfer depot, Dumpster (TPS) and the place of final disposal (landfill).

He added, in keeping clean, the staff has been working optimally. Starting from the collection of household waste ends up in landfill. Circulation, he said, should be done every day. Because, garbage will quickly rot and susceptible to contamination if left alone daily. Especially in the traditional markets that produce the most garbage. Post taken from Bali Post.
